The Connectivity Standards Alliance needed an 8-video LinkedIn campaign showcasing Zigbee’s real-world use cases. With eight deliverables moving in parallel, the challenge was producing a cohesive series quickly while keeping the content clear, polished, and credible for an industry audience.

We designed a modular motion system (layouts, transitions, iconography, and pacing rules) that enabled batch production while maintaining consistency across the full set.

To keep reviews clean at scale, we also built a custom project tracker that mapped each video through the approval stages and helped align stakeholders across multiple rounds and multiple videos at once.
