These 8 explainer videos were created for Zigbee to highlight different use cases for their tech — like smart lighting, energy management, batteryless devices, sensing, safety, and more. Each one focused on a specific feature, keeping the messaging simple and clear for a broad audience.

To keep things organized and efficient, we set up a shared tracker with every step of the process: storyboards, illustrations, animation, feedback, and approvals. This helped the client follow progress across all 8 videos in one place and made it easy to keep everything moving without bottlenecks. We also built a simple visual system upfront so the videos stayed consistent while still being easy to scale.
